Making a young child very happy September 25, 2009L. Shearer
I had bought this product for a 6 year old little girl. This is something that she had wanted for a long time but was not able to find it anywhere in the stores. I had went online looking for the product and had finally found it. I had the item delivered to her house as a surprise. When the item arrived and she had opened the box she was very excited. This was the one that she really, really wanted. I was glad that I had made a young child very happy.

This toy is known to have injured a child already. The wheels spin fast and change direction randomly. When picked up and held they can severely pinch skin and not release. Hair is very easily caught in the wheels and difficult to remove. I am surprised there have not been many more complaints of injury. I would not recommend this toy at all.

I guess these are flying off the shelves in some places & online. I had no problem buying my son three & could have bought more. I bought the gray, brown & yellow ones. Of course now he wants the white. He told me that they make different colored ones now like pink????? Okay....LOL. Oh & the ball too.
I think the negative reviews are to warn parents about how much these are retailed to sell for so that they don't get ripped off. I wouldn't know how much it cost if I didn't read the reviews so I am glad someone posted them.

This is what my daughter wanted for her birthday. It is very cute and she played with it for hours and probably would still be playing with it if she did not have to go to school. I am writing the review because of American Way review. Yes it is hard to find and probably over priced here on Amazon however you did not review the product just vented your anger and frustration. I wanted to let other parents know that it is a cool toy. We got the ball for the hamster to run around in and it is cute to watch. If your child loves animals, webkinz and etc. they will love this toy. The best part of this hamster is that I don't have to feed it or clean up after its since we already have a dog, fish, frogs, and hermit crabs!!

These toys don't work. They get stuck constantly, the plastic tubes are cheap and break very easily. My child got very frustrated and bored quickly. Don't waste your money.
